We’ve seen the construction outside in the past few weeks. It’s a GREAT location. Probably as prime as prime Slope gets.
But does the inside look anything like the movie? And how could it be 1100sft? I can’t get that math to work if it’s just one floor.
Regardless, we can’t wait to see the interior.
Ben Stiller looked great there. We’ll see if the price matches the scenes from the horrible film. Danny DeVito owes me $6.50 for that movie.
